No Smoking unit.  No pets in unit or building. A $300 flea fogging / cleaning fee will be charged for bringing a pet to our unit. Many people are allergic to pet dander and additional liabilities may be incurred for bringing a pet into our unit.  Please do not attempt to bring any pet into the building or unit.
